Branson Ultrasonics Replacement flat tip for 3/4" tapped horns 101-148-009 Flat tips are designed for standard tapped horns and do not require modifications to the horn. Overweight tips are supplied heavier than necessary so that a specific configuration may be machined into the tip face to conform to the part. The final weight of an overweight tip should fall within the tolerances shown to be used with standard horns. Acceptable tolerance ranges for tips after machining are shown below: - 1/2" diameter 3.5g + 0.2g - 5/8" diameter 5.0g + 0.3g - 3/4" diameter 8.5g + 0.5g - 7/8" diameter 12.5g + 0.6g - 1" diameter 18.0g + 0.7g
